Draft for owner and legal review. These Terms describe the current early-access service and have not been reviewed by an attorney. Updated November 2, 2026.
Fame Unfolds is a music-video discovery service. Accounts and uploads are for people 18 or older. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
Upload only material you own or have permission to submit and make available here. This includes the composition and lyrics, recording and master, video, artwork, samples, and the names, images, voices, and performances of identifiable people. Permission for one part does not necessarily cover another. You are responsible for obtaining and retaining the necessary permissions.
You keep ownership. By uploading, you grant the operator of Fame Unfolds a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, technically process, screen, review, display, and stream the content through Fame Unfolds to operate this service and, if approved, show your listing. This permission lasts while the content is hosted and for the limited time reasonably needed to complete removal or address a related claim. Uploading does not entitle you to payment or guaranteed plays.
Uploads stay private while reviewed. We may approve, reject, hold, or remove content and restrict accounts for rights, safety, or other concerns. Review does not guarantee that content is lawful or free of third-party claims. Do not upload infringing, impersonating, exploitative, threatening, nonconsensual, or malicious content.
Report copyright, privacy, or other rights concerns through the removal request form. We may temporarily disable access while reviewing a report and may ask the reporter or uploader for more information. If you believe a hold or removal was mistaken, contact Support with the video and your explanation. Repeated rights violations may lead to account termination after review. This form is not a claim of DMCA safe-harbor status.
You can request account deletion through account controls. The service may change or become unavailable. Contact Support with questions. These draft Terms need review of the operator identity, contact details, licensing terms, and dispute process before broader launch.
