We collect account email and a password hash, artist profile details such as name, biography, city, genre and links, video files and details, follows and saves, and support or content reports you submit. A secure sign-in cookie maintains your session. We store a pseudonymous daily view identifier to limit duplicate counts and retain aggregate view counts. Accounts and uploads are intended for people 18 or older.
We use this information to run accounts and playback, show approved profiles and videos, process uploads, screen and review content, count views, respond to reports, deliver account messages when email is enabled, and protect the service. New uploads are private during review. Approved videos and associated artist details become public.
Railway hosts the database and video storage. Automated safety screening may send sampled frames and extracted audio to OpenAI for analysis or transcription. An email provider may process account and operator alerts when delivery is configured. Service infrastructure may process technical request logs.
Sign-in sessions expire after up to 14 days. We periodically delete pseudonymous daily view identifiers older than 90 days; aggregate counts may remain. Account deletion removes the account, artist profile, and videos from the active database and queues stored files for removal. Private support, safety, and moderation records may remain where needed to handle reports, prevent abuse, or meet obligations; a final retention schedule has not yet been adopted. Copies of previously public content made by others may remain outside Fame Unfolds's control.
Use account controls to delete your account, or contact Support for access, correction, privacy questions, or a suspected underage account. We use password hashing and secure session cookies, but no service can promise perfect security. This draft still needs confirmed operator contact details, retention periods, and legal review before broader launch.
